As the world marks International Women\u2019s Month, Jubilee Syringe Manufacturing (JSM) Company, one of Africa\u2019s largest disposable syringe manufacturing companies, is celebrating the tremendous impact of women within its organisation, attributing the rapid growth of the company to its 70 to 75 per cent female workforce with over half in management positions.<\/p>\n
For JSM, International Women\u2019s month is an opportunity to recognise the successes and strides that women have achieved in the workplace. <\/p>\n
The Managing Director of JSM, Akin Oyediran, recalled that in the past few years, they have seen progress in various programmes across the globe to help advance females in several areas and tackle women\u2019s career growth and workplace equality.<\/p>\n
He believes that March 8 is a global celebration of women\u2019s achievements and a call to action to accelerate gender parity around the world. <\/p>\n
