He added<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cIt is imperative we celebrate the brilliance and contributions of these women. As Africa\u2019s largest syringe manufacturing company producing over 1 million syringes daily, our success stems from the quality of our people.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe women of Jubilee are at the forefront of different areas of the company including health, maintenance, quality control, production, sales, human resources, safety and environment, corporate services, supply chain, industrial attachment, finance, and accounting, and are doing exceptionally well.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Some of the female workforce recognized at the event include\u00a0<strong>Elizabeth Cookey<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Human Resources Manager,\u00a0<strong>Barr. Juliana Williamson<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Executive Assistant to the MD,\u00a0<strong>Adaku Ekpo<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Customer Care Representative,\u00a0<strong>Pharm Patience Udo<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Superintendent Pharmacist,\u00a0<strong>Edediong Udousoro<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Branding and Marketing Coordinator,\u00a0<strong>Ndifreke Nkanga<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Microbiologist,\u00a0<strong>Ikie<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Enobong Peter<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Regional Manager, Southwest Nigeria\/Ghana,\u00a0<strong>Uduak Etok<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Sales Representative,\u00a0<strong>Deborah Ekong<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Human Resources Officer and\u00a0<strong>Ruth Ikot<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Quality Assurance Supervisor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ada Ayaraekpe<\/strong>, a Nursing Officer at Jubilee Syringe commended the organization for its open communication system of leadership and appreciated the opportunity provided to employees to grow.\u00a0<strong>Idara Umofia<\/strong>, another Nursing Officer dwelled on the company\u2019s commitment to gender equity and high-quality standards.<\/p>\n<p>In her words, Helen Francis Johnny who worked as a teacher before joining JSM described her experience at the company as impactful saying<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cJSM has impacted my career in many ways. I am now more knowledgeable and efficient.
